Need some help customizing your Canva brand kit? If you’re new to Canva and don't want to spend time making our brand kits fit your unique brand, we can customize any brand kit for you in just 2 business days.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
- Customization of one brand kit.
- Customization of colors, fonts, and brand elements.
- 1 design revision upon request
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:
- Canva account set up (you must have your own Canva account to use your templates).
- Fonts that are not available in Canva Pro (there are 3,000+ fonts available in Canva Pro but if you want to use a specific font that is not included in Canva, it will have to be purchased and uploaded separately).
- Logo design or brand design separate from the template customizations.
HOW THIS WORKS:
1. Click “Add to cart” to purchase customization service. You MUST also add 1 set of templates to your order for us to customize.
2. After your purchase you'll receive a link to a design questionnaire.
3. Once the design questionnaire has been submitted, we will review it and reach out within 24 hours to confirm your design details and request any additional information if needed.
4. Once we have confirmed your design request details, we’ll complete your customized templates and deliver them to you by email within 2 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This is an add-on service to any brand kit purchase. You must purchase a brand kit for customization.
- The 2 business day time frame starts when we have confirmed your design request details and does not include weekends or US holidays.
- If you would like us to customize multiple brand kits, you must purchase 1 brand kit customization add-on service for each brand kit that you would like customized.
